Three Phases

Curious about what each of the 3 phases of the Self-size method is? Here’s a short description:

First phase: Cleansing & Purification

Before committing to our principal objective, your weight loss, let’s spend 7 days eliminating the effects of years of bad eating habits. These 7 days may closely resemble a traditional diet with the most sacrifice, but it is important that your body is properly cleansed so that the Self-size Method can produce the maximum benefits.

Second phase: Adaptation

This is a 2 week period where you will learn the basic notions of the Self-size® Method. You will learn a new way of eating by using our list of possible food combinations, eliminating the bad foods and eating correctly, all by simply following the menus we compose for you, taking into account your special dietary requirements. You will not feel hungry; instead you will feel satisfied and full of energy, all while loosing weight!

Third phase: Maintenance

The basic principles that you have learned in the second phase will be preserved indefinitely, and you will now build on these. As the major weight loss has already begun to take place, this phase will permit a more flexible food intake, consuming some of the foods not allowed before.

You can now enjoy that glass of wine or champagne or why not that piece of dark chocolate you missed so much! Self-size offers you an extensive recipe list to cover this phase without getting annoyed at repeating meals - unless you favor a recipe more than once!
